Nancy H. Kramer Since 1980, Nancy H. Kramer, President of Hopkins & Company, has consistently received praise from clients and candidates alike. Many credit her strong and persistent work ethic, while others believe it is her integrity that makes both clients and candidates feel confident in her abilities at all stages of a project. Understanding that client companies exist in a highly competitive environment, Nancy uses her extensive contacts, knowledge, and experience to gain a competitive edge for her clients. She is confident, focused, and enjoys challenging projects. She has excelled in every facet of executive search, training, and consulting. Before founding Hopkins & Company in 1984, Nancy was appointed Vice President of Operations for the national search firm of Spectra International, Inc. With Spectra International, Inc., Nancy had sole responsibility for training and overseeing 27 executive search offices nationwide. Prior to working for Spectra International, Inc., Nancy was a search consultant for Fairfield Whitney, Inc. Nancy was one of the top producers for her tenure at Fairfield Whitney, Inc. Alan H. Kramer, Esq. Alan H. Kramer, Vice President of Operations, has enjoyed a diverse background making him a valuable part of the Hopkins & Company team. An attorney by training, Alan has experienced both big law firm practice and life as a successful solo practitioner specializing in all aspects of real estate and business law. Alan understands the need of companies and candidates to communicate and explore employment possibilities in the utmost confidence and discretion. His unique background makes him ideal for managing the many operational aspects of Hopkins & Company, including, financial, legal, computer, database, marketing, internal and external websites, and other operational and growth related matters. Alan also works on a retained basis for our Clients' critical and confidential searches. Alan holds a B. A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from New England School of Law, Boston, where he made Law Review and graduated third in his class of over 160. In his free time, Alan is a ski instructor who also enjoys boating, hiking, biking, geocaching, and the occasional single malt scotch.
